This policy explains how Arkavio Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) on arkavio.com and the Arkavio application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only used with your consent. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required to provide a service you have asked for — keeping you signed in, protecting against abuse, and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off. They include keeping you signed in, securing the sign-in process, bot and abuse protection, and remembering your cookie preferences.
Analytics & performance (optional)
First-party product analytics that help us understand which features are used so we can improve the service. They are only set with your consent, are not used for advertising, and are not shared for cross-site tracking.
Session replay (optional)
Anonymised, input-masked recordings of app sessions (PostHog and Sentry) that help us reproduce bugs and usability problems. All inputs and text are masked by default. Set only with your consent.
Marketing & attribution (optional)
Measures which campaigns or referrers bring people to Arkavio. We do not currently run advertising pixels; this category is reserved and remains off unless you opt in.
Third parties
Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; any cookies Stripe sets are on Stripe’s own domain. We load display fonts from Adobe Fonts. Server-side error monitoring (Sentry) captures errors without setting cookies on your device, and we strip cookies and credentials before transmission.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in our footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the app to function.

We will post any material change to this policy on this page with the updated date, and ask for your consent again where required.
